Your Host and Meditation Guide - Luke McLeod
Luke has studied and practiced meditation for the past 10 years. Throughout his inward journey he has immersed himself in many different types of meditation and mindfulness teachings of which lead him around the world from the remote Buddhist temples in far North India to the progressive open mindedness of Los Angeles.
His modern guided meditations have been embraced by thousands all around the world that people from all ages, cultures and level of meditation experience can practice.
He’s excited to finally now share his teachings and modern days lessons in a fun filled, informative and rewarding day in the first ever Soul Alive Workshop/Day Retreat in his home town of Manly - Sydney , Australia.
